cancellation

We know that last-minute things pop up, so we offer you the freedom to cancel your reservation 3 hours before your appointment. However, for a no-show, you may be added to the blacklist.

Late arrival policy

​

We recommend you arrive about 5-10 minutes early for your appointment so that you can enjoy our relaxation lounge to prepare you for your treatment. While we always try to accommodate your preference, late arrival may mean a reduction in your treatment due to prior bookings. And your treatment will still be charged in full.

We encourage all our guests to switch off their phones when enjoying THE AERO. In the public areas please be considerate of other guests and switch them to silent mode.

privacy

This is a place where you need not worry about a dress code. Just arrive in anything comfortable and we will provide you with disposable slippers in your treatment room. Our therapists are fully trained to drape you to protect your privacy at all times.
